HIBACHI RESERVATIONS
Please note that we require a credit card to hold reservations for parties of 5 or more. Any changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the reservation. Please kindly note that for no-shows or late cancellations within 24 hours, you will be subject to a fee of $20 per person to the credit card on file. Please be advised that last-minute changes to reservations may result in cancellation if we cannot accommodate them, with a $20 fee per guest. SPECIAL EVENTS & PARTIES
Special events, birthday parties, graduation parties, corporate outings, etc. We do it all. Flame by Riverdale can accommodate very large groups of guests. Please call for more information or to reserve ahead of time!
Flame can host parties and special events of up to 18 guests!
RESERVATION POLICY
Hibachi is a communal event. Small groups of guests may be seated together. Our hosts and hostess will provide the best fair seating for all parties. Larger parties can occupy a whole table if requirements are all met. Please call (718) 884-2828 if you have any questions.
Hibachi tables will be held for 10 minutes only. For us to stay on time and honor the next reservations, we will enforce this policy. If canceling, please call ahead of time. If changing the size of your party, please call ahead of time to confirm availability.
The full party must be present before seating.
Parties of 11 or less have a 1-hour and 30-minute seating limit. Parties of 12 or more have a 2-hour seating limit.
Reservations for parties of 5 or more will require a credit card to hold. You will be charged $20/per person for no-shows. Canceling reservations must be done 24 hours before the reservation date. A significant reduction or increase of party size without any notice may be penalized. For example, if your party of 10 becomes only 3, you will be charged $20 for each missing guest. If you inform us 24 hours before the reservation date of any changes or cancellations, you will not be charged.
We can not change hibachi tables unless we absolutely can.
